Stormi K Bettiga | With 30 years experience in property and casualty insurance, I am the Principal/Partner of Deschutes Insurance. The best part of my job is developing new business relationships and meeting new people. After selling my insurance business in Northern California five years ago, I moved to Bend, like many of us, seeking the “good life”. Outdoor activities such as snowboarding, traveling, golfing, biking, and hiking are a few of the things that make that goal a reality. I also have two sons and a grandson that are the light of my life. My goal at Deschutes Insurance is to provide you better coverage, decrease your insurance costs, and educate you on the importance of insurance, all while providing you superior service. Outside of the office, I am a member of High Desert Professionals and their Leadership Team, as well as Opportunity Knocks and their Membership Committee. I volunteer and fundraise regularly for the KIDS Center of Central Oregon. I strongly believe in community involvement and in giving back.

Annie Cooper | I am a second generation resident of Bend and I have worked in our community for several years. Providing great customer service, attention to detail, and a “relational” sales approach are very important to me. I started my career managing my family’s international tile/stone distribution & design business. I continued my career working in the mortgage industry. In 2007 I came to work at Deschutes Insurance and I am enjoying my position here as a Life and Health/Property and Casualty agent. I enjoy spending time with my husband, and my three children, Reagan, Masey, and Cameron. I am very involved with my church and I love singing, cooking, party planning, and camping.

Annette Heath | Annette Heath accepted the personal lines account manager position on Oct 4th 2011 and brings with her experience in insurance, banking and business ownership. She has been a licensed agent for 16 years. Her expertise is in personal lines such as home, auto, RV, boat, motorcycle, umbrella coverage and much more, and what she enjoys most is working with the clients. She is part of a close family including husband Mike, mom Marylynn, sister Kim, Son’s Ryan & Michael, daughter Kristie and six grandchildren that keep her very busy. She enjoys central Oregon with all the sunshine. Her hobbies include scrapbooking, shopping, and riding her ATV.

Carolyn Goff | With over 50 years in Central Oregon and 40 years in the insurance industry, Carolyn has been our Commercial Lines Account Manager at Deschutes Insurance serving your business insurance needs since 1995. She specializes in knowing the ins and outs of our clients’ businesses, and when she is not in her office, she enjoys volunteering with Special Olympics, coaching bocce ball and spending time with her son, Kevin, and husband, Gene.

Chris Partridge | With an extensive background in consultive and relationship selling practices I am excited to be part of the Deschutes Insurance team! As of October 2011 I have accepted the position of Property and Casualty Agent in both Commercial and Personal lines. I look forward to the opportunity to assist with your insurance needs. In my free time I enjoy many outdoor/sporting activities with my two daughters and wife all across beautiful Central Oregon. I also enjoy attending chamber events and being a professional mentor at the job centers for the local high schools.
